Frequently Asked Questions

How does your pricing work?

Since different walls and wallpapers act differently, we can never guarantee an install time. Therefore we charge an hourly rate of $170 and accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

How should I prepare my space?

For a faster install, it’s best if you clear an area of at least 4′ in front of every wall that’s getting papered. We also ask that you provide a ladder or step stool tall enough for us to reach your ceiling.

Do you install things other than wallpaper?

Yes! We install window clings, contact paper, 3d sticker tiles, and decals. We can remove or hang items before or after an installation with the proper notice. We do not do painting.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, there is a deposit of $170 to hold your booking which goes towards your project.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can request a cancellation anytime. Any reservation canceled within 24 hours of the appointment voids your deposit, and rescheduling will require a new deposit.

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, you can. Please let us know as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours after your installation.
